Every class we teach is instructor-led, and by that, we mean in the classroom with you not on screen or in a pair of headphones.  We truly believe in the collaborative nature of a classroom environment, where the instructror is the facilitator and students are allowed to interact, ask questions, and even help each other with excercises.  After all, there's no better reinforcement than helping another to perform a task.
